How can I track my order on JeeShop?

You can track your JeeShop order in multiple ways:

  • Through your JeeShop account: Log in, go to 'My Orders' and click on 'Track Order'
  • Via SMS/Email: You'll receive tracking updates automatically
  • Using the tracking link: Click on the tracking link sent to you

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Order processing time depends on the seller and your location:

  • JeeShop Assured products: Usually dispatched within 24 hours
  • Other sellers: Typically 1-3 business days for processing
  • Pre-order items: Dispatch date mentioned on product page

Delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3-7 business days
  • Other tier 1 & 2 cities: 5-10 business days
  • Tier 3 cities & rural areas: 7-14 business days

Note: During festivals or sale events, delivery may take 2-3 extra days.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order under certain conditions:

Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (if not shipped)
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days

Modification:

  • Shipping address can be changed before dispatch
  • Contact number can be updated anytime

Note: Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel it. You can choose to return it after delivery.

JeeShop offers a customer-friendly return policy with easy returns and quick refunds:

General Return Policy:

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for most products
  • Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Return reasons: Wrong product, damaged product, defective item, size issue (for clothing)
  • Free returns: Available for most products (exceptions apply)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear, socks, and personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Refund Timeline:

  • Prepaid orders: 7-10 business days after return pickup

How do I initiate a return or exchange on JeeShop?

Returning or exchanging a product on JeeShop is simple. Follow these steps:

Log into your JeeShop account and navigate to 'My Orders' section

Choose the order containing the item you want to return/exchange

Click 'Return/Exchange'

Select the product and choose return or exchange option

Select reason & schedule pickup

Choose return reason and pick a convenient date for pickup

Handover & track

Handover the product to our delivery executive and track your return status
